The Jeffersonville Town Center consists of 2 components the Jeffersonville Town Center and The Marketplace at Jeffersonville Town Center.

Jeffersonville Town Center – is designed in a lifestyle center format with accessible parking, a town square, and lots of greenspace.  It will be made up of 800,000 +/- SF of retail, restaurants, Hotel, and office.  The town center will be anchored by a department store, state of the art cinema, and a bookstore.

The Market Place at Jeffersonville Town Center – is a power center with 350,000 +/- SF of retail and restaurants.

Project Access- The Jeffersonville Town Center site is bisected by the recently constructed Veterans Parkway (opened in 2005), complete with a new full interchange onto Interstate 65 which has also received a series of recent improvements, expanding the highway from 4 to 8 lanes.

Jeffersonville Town Center is easily visible and accessible from Interstate 65 from both the Veterans Parkway interchange and St Rt. 131 exit.
